  • Amy Tuite (she/her)

    Senior Occupational Therapist

    Following completion of her degree in Occupational Therapy, Amy worked part-time in an intellectual disability service whilst completing her Research Masters in Occupational Therapy. Since then, Amy has worked in community mental health services, inpatient psychiatry, and a specialist service for the diagnosis and treatment of adults with ADHD and other neurodevelopmental conditions including Autism, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia. Amy herself has a diagnosis of combined type ADHD and is passionate about working with neurodivergent people.

    Amy strives to help her clients recognise their strengths, have compassion for their needs, and find practical ways to build the lives they want. Amy uses a neuroaffirmative approach and works with those both who have a diagnosis and self-identify as neurodivergent.

    In her spare time, Amy enjoys being outdoors, going for lunch with friends, and listening to her favourite music and podcasts.

  • Laura Carroll (she/her)

    Senior Occupational Therapist

    Laura is an experienced Occupational Therapist, having spent time working in both acute and community adult mental health services following qualification from her degree in Occupational Therapy. It was here that Laura developed a passion for using neuroaffirmative approaches to support people finding safe spaces to regulate and designing supportive environments to help clients meet their goals.

    Laura’s therapeutic style blends sensory approaches and elements of Compassion-Focused therapy with Occupational Therapy frameworks to support clients to achieve their goals. Laura enjoys working with people who have difficulty with regulating emotions and tolerating stress, sensory processing differences and people who have challenges with food, their body and eating.

    In her spare time, Laura enjoys live music, playing piano, brunch with friends and walking her dog in Howth.

  • Áine Clarke (she/her)

    Senior Occupational Therapist

    Áine has worked as an Occupational Therapist in acute and community mental health services with children and adults. Áine strives to work in a neuro-affirming and trauma informed way.

    Áine is passionate about supporting people to find meaning, balance and joy in their lives. Áine uses elements of sensory processing theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy in her work. Áine enjoys working with people across the neurodiversity spectrum, to find ways of doing things that enable them to feel accomplished and in control and making meaningful steps forward in their lives.

    Outside of her work, Áine enjoys crafting, baking and yoga, and can often be found with a coffee in hand.
